Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins II

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour or wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsps baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries

Instructions

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the liquid ingredients, mixing quickly. Fold in blueberries. Spoon the batter into greased muffin tins.

Bake in a 400*F oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Let cool completely on wire rack.
