Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs. silken (soft) tofu
  • 1-2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, vanilla chips, butterscotch chips, etc.

Instructions

In a blender, puree the tofu to a smooth paste. Ad the melted chocolate and blend thoroughly. Pour mousse into a bowl and chill.
