Lois' Lasagne
Makes 2 9x13 pans or 1 lg 12x18 roaster. Can be frozen.

Ingredients
- 1 lb (qty 28) lasagne noodles
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 28 oz can whole tomatoes (chop as needed)
- 2 x 15 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 pkg Lawry's spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 can mushrooms
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 pints cottage cheese
- 8 slices american cheese
- grated mozerella
- parmesan
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package.

Brown hamburger, onion, celery, green pepper.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix, mushrooms.

Mix 3 eggs w/ 1 1/2 pints cottage cheese.

Layer sauce, noodles, cheeses.

Repeat sauce, noodles, cheeses.

Top w/ sauce and parmesan
