Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1/2 lb chicken
  • 2 red jalepeno chiles
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

Heat pan over med heat. Add cooking oil. Stir fry chicken w/ 2 Tbsp oyster sauce.

Add hoisin, chili garlic sauce, and jalapenos.

Stif fry until cooked.

Mix in green onions and peanuts.

Sprinkle w/ sesame oil.
