Sushi Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups short grain rice, rinsed and cooked w/ 3 cups water
  • 5 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

Heat vinegar, sugar, and salt to disolve the sugar.

Place cooked rice into a large bowl and sprinkle with vinegar mixture.

Fan and gently fold the sushi vinegar into the rice until the mixture is cool.
