Ingredients
- 12 large raw shrimp
- lime juice
- 1 tsp chili sauce e.g. sriracha
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 thai chili, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp vegetable oil or grapeseed oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- black pepper

Allow the shrimp to marinate for only 8 to 10 minutes

Grill the shrimp, approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side while brushing with the reserved marinade.
