Korean Noodles

Ingredients

  • Pork steak, cutlets, etc. w/ some fat for flavor. Slice thin, then chop. Proportionate amt. for noodles.
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • soy sauce
  • green onion, chopped.
  • oyster sauce (optional)
  • carrots, very thinly sliced (optional)
  • Marco Polo noodles

Instructions

Put meat, enough oil to coat meat in bowl, small amount of soy sauce, and garlic cloves. Let set 15 minutes to tenderize.

Cook Marco Polo noodles and drain. Use 2 boxes if making a big bowl.

Cook meat in wok, adding another bit of oil.

When cooked, add pepper, noodles, and chopped green onion. Toss.

Can add soy sauce (or soy sauce and oyster sauce) to color noodles.

If adding carrots, add after meat.
