Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 onion
- 1 knob ginger
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp miso
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar (unseasoned)
- 1/4 cup neutral oil
Instructions

Peel 1 carrot and chop it into pieces about 1/2–1 inch

chop onion into 1-inch pieces

Peel 1 carrot and chop it into pieces about ½–1 inch

puree until fine and smooth

Add sugar, miso, salt, and pepper

add sesame oil, rice vinegar, and oil

process again. adjust seasonings as needed.
