Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb raw shrimp, shelled and chopped
  • 1/4 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1/8 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp dry white wine
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup carrots, finely chopped
  • splash sesame oil
  • 1-2 pkgs gyoza warppers

Instructions

Mix ingredients in bowl.

Place spoonful of filling in the center of gyoza wrapper.

Wet a finger and moisten the outside perimeter of the wrapper. Fold and seal the wrapper and place on a cooling rack.

Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a coverable pan

Cook over medium until bottoms are brown.

Pour in 1/3 cup water and cover immediately. Cook until water is gone.

Serve on plate w/ browned side up.
