Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced or grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 6 oz ramen, or other instant noodle
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 Tbsp oyster sauce
Instructions

Cook the ramen or other noodles according to package instructions.

Heat the peanut oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until slightly browned, breaking it apart.

Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce and dark soy sauce to the skillet and stir fry for another 15 seconds.

Add the oyster sauce, rice vinegar, cooked noodles and green onions. Stir everything together, if too dry add ¼ cup of water.

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve.
