Ingredients
- 16 oz bowtie pasta cooked and drained in cold water
- 7 oz sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- black pepper, to taste
- artichokes, roughly chopped
Instructions

In a large bowl combine pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, olives, spinach, basil, and cheese. Toss until combined.

To make the dressing: In a small bowl whisk olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, oregano, basil, garlic and salt and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the pasta salad and serve
