Ingredients
- shredded green cabbage
- shredded purple cabbage
- grated carrots
- grated red pepper
- green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp vegetable or canola oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili sauce (like Sriracha or Sambal Oleek)
Instructions

Toss the grated cabbage, carrot, red and jalapeno pepper with half of the green onion. Whisk together the Asian Slaw Dressing ingredients and add to the bowl. Stir well to combine well. Let sit for 15 minutes, then toss again.
