Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lbs. macaroni pasta
- 1-2 celery stalks (optional)
- drizzle of sesame oil (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sweet pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- pepper to taste
Instructions

Boil pasta in water, add 1 tablespoon salt and a drizzle of oil. Drain and pour into bowl.

Sprinkle with olive oil and salt and toss well. Let cool.

Add celery, olives, and pickles.

In measuring cup, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, pickle juice sugar salt and pepper.

Toss with cooled macaroni.
