Black Beans Cuban Style

Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Instructions

Chop onion and green pepper. Mince garlic, cook in oil until soft.

Add beans with liquid.

Add cumin, oregana and salt.

Simmer 15-30 minutes.

Before serving, add red wine vinegar.
