California Summer Salad

Ingredients
- 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped peeled red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped seeded yellow pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 6 oucnes canned tuna
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspopn crushed dried basil
Instructions

In medium bowl combine all ingredients. Mix gently until blended. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
