  • 1/2 cup almond milk or hemp milk
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed or chia
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
