Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 2 packages (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- dash of kosher salt
- 1 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr. Serve with crackers, bread or vegetables.
