Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp sambal or other chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce

In a large serving bowl by whisking together the tahini, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, sesame oil, sambal, and fish sauce until combined.
