Jiffy Spoon Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 box (8 1/2 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 16oz can whole kernel corn (optional)
  • 16oz can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8oz sour cream
  • 8oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together.

bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes

optionally, omit the cheese and sprinkle on top for the last 10 minutes.
