Ingredients
- 1 box (8 1/2 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 16oz can whole kernel corn (optional)
- 16oz can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8oz sour cream
- 8oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix all ingredients together.

bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes

optionally, omit the cheese and sprinkle on top for the last 10 minutes.
