Butternut Squash Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Butternut Squash
- Butter
- 1-2 Cloves Garlic
- 1-2 Tbsp Ginger
- Cream
- Grated Paremsan
Instructions

Bake squash for 1 hour at 300° F

Scoop out squash and set aside

Melt butter in a saucepan

Saute garlic, ginger, and squash for a few minutes

Add cream, stirring

When sauce is at desired thickness add cheese

Season w/ salt and pepper to taste
