Ingredients
- 2 tsp ginger root
- 3 tsp carrot, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp cottonseed (or vegetable oil) oil
- 6 Tbsp soy sauce
- dash of sugar
- dash of black pepper
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp vinegar (or more to taste)
- 1/2 cup water (to correct consistency)
- dash Tobasco sauce
Instructions

Purée vegetables, add oil, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, tomato paste, and blend. Add vinegar, water and Tabasco; blend.
