Ingredients
- 6 oz ginger beer (Barritt's, Maine Root or Gosling's works well)
- 2 oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum
- Lime wedge
Instructions

Pour ginger beer into a highball glass over ice. Float the rum on top; garnish with lime wedge and a swizzle stick.

After serving, squeeze lime juice into glass and stir.
