Three pepper saute

Ingredients

  • 1tsp olive oil
  • 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
  • 1 orange pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
  • 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
  • 1 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T water
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a nonstick 10inch skillet. Add peppers, onions and garlic and saute for 5 minutes.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and water, and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the ground pepper, stir and serve.
