Breakfast Dish

Can make the night before and warm up for a quick breakfast

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 3/4 lb cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 lbs sausage (can use links, ham, or bacon)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

line greased 9x13 pan with bread (crusts removed)

layer cheese over bread

brown sausage, layer over cheese

beat eggs w/ milk and dry mustard, layer over sausage

cover and refrigerate

pour cream of mushroom soup over

bake at 325 for 1 hour
