Wild Mushroom Ravioli Filling

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups wild mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 cup prosciutto, chopped
- 4 Tbsp Paremsan cheese, grated
- 2 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Saute onion and garlic in butter 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute until brown and most of the liquid has evaporated.

Add prosciutto and cook 1 more minute just to heat through.

Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
