Tomato Basil Tart

Ingredients

  • 1+ cup fresh mozerella. 1 cup plus enough to cover bottom of pie crust
  • fresh mushrooms
  • pie crust
  • fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • pepper
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375° F

Melt mozerella cheese in bottom of a pre-made (or fresh) pie crust. Just long enough for cheese to melt.

Remove crust and let sit for a minute

Fill crust with tomatoes

Layer basil on top of tomatoes

In a seperate bowl

mix 1 cup mozzarella, mayonnaise, parmesan, pepper and garlic.

Spread cheese mixture over tomatoes and basil.

Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Watch to make sure crust doesn't burn
