Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 tsp cinamon

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 or 3 greased bread pans. Should be a good half full.

Bake at 325° for 60 to 70 minutes, less time if smaller pans
