Bowtie Chicken Pasta
Also good served cold as a pasta salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 med onions, diced
- 2 lbs boneless chicken, cubed
- 1 sm can black olives, sliced & drained
- 2 sm jars (6.5 oz) marinated artichokes w/ juice
- 2 sm jars (7 oz) roasted red pepers w/ juice, sliced into thick strips
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 16 oz pasta
Instructions

brown garlic in olive oil

add onions and saute

add chicken and cook

add remaining ingredients
5
simmer for 45 minutes
6
cook pasta and drain
7
combine pasta and sauce
