Curry Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, chicken, lamb, or shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 pkg S&B golden curry sauce mix
  • onion, chopped
  • carrots, sliced
  • potatoes, cubed
  • broccoli
  • mushrooms, quartered
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Instructions

Stir-fry meat and vegetables in oil until vegetables are lightly browned, approx 3 min.

Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce eat, cover and simmer until meat is tender, approx 10 min.

Remove from heat. Break curry into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until completely mested. Simmer 5 min. stirring constantly.

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
