Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sesame or soy oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp diced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp ketchup
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until vegetables are pureed.

Store in covered jar. Shake thoroughly before using.
