Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sesame or soy oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp diced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until vegetables are pureed.

Store in covered jar. Shake thoroughly before using.
