Ingredients
- 9 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 cup rice
- 1 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
- 3 3/4 cups canned tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 green pepper, seeded and minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions

Saute bacon, onions, and garlic.

Add uncooked rice and saute for a few minutes

Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.

Bake at 250-300 for 30 to 45 minutes.
